Reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before serving.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the start of the service purchased, otherwise refunds will not be accepted.
Cancellations made by third parties will not be accepted.
There are no refunds for combos or packages and promotions.
For a cancellation due to illness requested with less than 24 hours to the completion of the service, it must be presented without exception, a medical certificate with the professional card and the signature of the doctor that certifies the inability of the passenger to attend the service purchased; the date of disability must be the same date the service was scheduled. Receipts for the purchase of medicines are not accepted as medical proof for disability purposes. The reimbursement will be made only by the person who presents the medical prescription. In the case of groups, the same policy will apply.
Without exception, no refund or coupon replacement will be provided without the presentation of the original coupon.
In some ecological reserves and/or national parks, additional taxes and/or insurance, duties, and/or local contributions apply, not included in the value of the service indicated in the coupon. In such cases, the passenger must pay the aforementioned tax, insurance, right, and/or contribution directly at the service site.
If the refund proceeds according to the cancellation policies, it will be carried out through the same method or form of payment. If the payment was made by credit/debit card, the reimbursed amount will be reflected in your bank statement within the next 5 to 10 business days according to the procedures and times of the Bank in question.
